More than a concert, Kokoroko’s performance in Mauritius highlighted the potential of regional cultural collaboration. As the final stop of a tour spanning South Africa, Eswatini and Réunion Island, the project demonstrated Mauritius’ growing role in regional artistic exchange. PROBLEM
The project involved several stakeholders, international artists travelling from Réunion Island and strict communication requirements. The main challenge was to support coordination while ensuring clear, timely and consistent communications throughout the project, from the artists’ arrival to the promotion and delivery of the event.
SOLUTION
Orchestrate contributed to the organisation and communications surrounding the project, supporting coordination between partners and helping ensure a smooth follow through from Réunion Island to Mauritius. Our role focused on communication planning, media relations, content development and maintaining consistency across the different stages of the initiative.
